Mindy Gneiting

Director of Care RN

I grew up in rural Idaho amongst hundreds of potato fields, so naturally I love eating potatoes in all forms! I come from an athletic family and have always enjoyed playing many sports including basketball, soccer, softball, cycling and golf. I served on an LDS mission in the Siberian Region of Russia. I am fluent in Russian and love the culture. As a kid I always admired the medical field and as a result I pursued and accomplished my dreams of becoming a Registered Nurse. During my schooling I fell in love with Geriatric Nursing and feel rewarded in the work I do!

I love working at Apple Tree! There really is no other place I would want to work. The environment here is so comforting and friendly. The staff and residents have become like a family to me. There is something very special about Apple Tree and I’m thankful to be a part of the Apple Tree family!

Elayne Stoker

Office Manager

Originally my career goal was to work in a field that would keep me in the mountains. Archaeology with the Forest Service was a great opportunity for me. One I enjoyed for several years but due to life’s challenges I needed to change careers. When possible I still travel experiencing new areas, taking the scenic routes. One of my favorite lands to visit was the Transylvanian Alps of Eastern Europe. When at home I relax by gardening, helping on the family farm and writing family history books.

Working at Apple Tree is an enjoyable time for me. Things are always changing providing life with variety, challenges, and some fun thrown in. The atmosphere at Apple Tree is that of a big family. Residents and staff are caring and watch out for each other. My coworkers are great to work with as we enjoy each other’s strengths and sense of humor.

Frankie Monroe

The term “people person” fits me to a t! I love each and every resident that comes to live at Apple Tree. They truly have enriched my life with their faith, strength and dedication.

I have held various jobs in my life but the best fit for me was when I came to work at Apple Tree. Our director empowers and supports, our staff is always courteous and helpful. We all work together as a team to make our residents comfortable and happy.

Apple Tree is a fun and excited job! We have a great staff and an awesome administrator. Everybody makes you feel comfortable. Its fun to get to know the residents, they are great!

Ana Vail

I enjoy spending time with my grandkids and family. I love traveling with them. I love camping and playing sports, especially running 5K’s and half marathons!

I have enjoyed the last 12 years I have been at Apple Tree. I have learned the importance of compassion and service. I love the relationships and friendships I’ve gained from the residents and employees.

Randy Miller

Maintenance Manager

I used to sing and play the bass and electric guitar in rock bands for many years. I love to cook and hunt. I have also built my own computers for the last 20 years.

Working at Apple Tree is the most rewarding and one of the most challenging jobs I have ever had. I work with some of the finest people I have ever met!
